Riverview scrap is new construction and the first appliances

Riverview’s new sections along the south county growth produce builder copper, studs, and the first failed appliances in houses that are otherwise young. Volume per house is small. A phase of houses finishing the same month is a better pickup than one garage.

Flooding is local and specific. If the pile or the car took on water in a named storm, say that plainly. A dry builder cutoff and a flooded sedan are not the same lead.
